12 Halloween Costumes to Help You Geek Out

Halloween is the day to let your geek flag fly. Oh, you thought I was going to say freak? No. There are already enough vampires and zombies (Hollywood and otherwise) and serial killers (at least in New York) roaming around on All Hallows' Eve. What you need to do is represent the geekdom.
Geek culture is everywhere, and Halloween night should be no exception. Besides, be the biggest nerd or geek you can be, and you won't just have a great time on Halloween, you'll brighten the night of every other grown person you come across who's dressed as a badass raccoon or a full-on rainbow pony. You'll also get over your regret at not getting to New York Comic Con earlier this month, which featured hall after hall of awesome cosplay.
